Windows 7: BSOD during sleep mode

BSOD during sleep mode

Just got a new Dell XPS Studio 7100 about 3 weeks ago. I get random BSOD during sleep mode at random times. BSOD never occurs while I am actively using the computer. This is very annoying and I am afraid I will lose my work at some point!

Enclosed zip file contains last 3 minidumps of the last 3 BSODs I've had in the past 24 hours.

Hope this helps. Running Windows 7 64+bit Home Premium Edition.

Already ran Windows Memory Diagnostics test, and it passed... three times.

Thank you SO much to anyone who can help solve this very annoying problem!!

I'll do that, thanks so much! Just a question, how did you figure that out? I hardly ever post on forums regarding PC problems, so this was extremely rare for me to have to do this.

THANKS SO MUCH AGAIN!!!

Actually your case was very easy. Most reports give little teasers; your report gave the answer. Take a look at your report in my first post. It says probable cause. The other reports were identical, which is rare, too.
