Help with 0x000000124 BSoD

so yeah i have this problem with this blue screen error for months now..
i tried the following solutions..

1. i bought a new video card and had it installed.. (didn't fix my problem still the same BSOD)

2. i went to the pc shop where i bought my pc and ask for assistance on the said matter and they said i should change my hard disc and i should increase the RAM no pc expert so i just gone with them.. bought a new hard disc thing from them and let them work on it..
>> the blue screen was gone for some time.. like a week or so.. but when i start playing..
Dragonica.. BSoD shows up again, up till now i could not use my pc for playing games (intense gaming).

3. i searched for some other solutions on google .. tried the registry boost program aswell but it didnt do the job aswell..the BSoD still persist ..
