    So

    Reinstalled Windows 7
    Ran DriverUpdater
    Uninstalled the ATI video-driver and installed the newest version from the website.

    Current issues.

    Crashes during a game played on Steam.
    Crashes when browsing internet.
    Random reboots without BSOD.
    Crashes when using a Mushclient.

    Here is the latest BSOD, see if you can find out why this less than 60 day old machine has trouble running anything! Good luck. The poor computer is getting near un-useable!
    BugCheck 7E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff88002c1818a, fffff880075e3a08, fffff880075e3260}

    ***** Debugger could not find nt in module list, module list might be corrupt, error 0x80070057.

    Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE )

    If the machine is still under warranty, it might be time to think about having them fix it.

    Uh oh. Ok, can you help me out a little bit.

    Would all these issues point to 'faulty memory'? 'overheating' or is it really in 'unknown' territory?

    I have this fear Cyberpower will take my pc, format hard-drive, reinstall windows, boot once and call it good.

    Your memory failed memtest in post 6, we have been trying to narrow the focus but it probably is memory.

    As to what Cyberpower will do, you my have to take the results of memtest with you to show them. If you call them they may just replace the memory. Its an unknown.;

    Thanks!

    I did call them earlier foreseeing this and told them the results of Memtest86. They balked but will take a look at the machine.

    Thanks for your help!

    I declare the computer condemned to shipment back to cyberpower.

    I know the feeling, I had a brand new Dell shipped back to them for a motherboard problem.
