Installing Adobe Premiere causes Win7 boot failure

I'm using Win 7 x64 Home Premium, and if I install Adobe Premiere Elements 9 or Adobe Premiere CS5, my computer will fail to boot. It gives this screen:

Note: the computer cannot even boot the repair thingy by itself. It needs me to insert the Win 7 disc, and when I do, the repair is unable to find any problems.

System restore does solve the issue (I can boot into Windows 7 again), but then Premiere is gone of course. If I try to install again, same issue happens again.

    Any ideas?

Where are you installing the Adobe products from-- DVD or download? Is it a trial, or not?

    Trial.

I turned out to be a hardware problem. Motherboard replaced and now it works fine.
