    SO i downloaded and ran that and it passed ..... Now what should I do ?

    You still have a 3+ year old driver installed Related to] Px Engine Device Driver for Windows 2000/XP from Sonic Solutions. It is the cause of at least one driver verified crash. (PxHelp20.sys)

    I would update it or un-install it.

    While not critical, it was blamed in one BSOD (verified) and is used by AnyDVD. I would at least update that (or better yet remove it)

    um, if you want to remove it go to start>control panel>programs and features>un-install.

    If Anydvd is not listed in programs and features you may have removed it in the past.

    Try renaming the file from PxHelp20.sys to PxHelp20.bak. That will prevent it from loading but if anydv is on y our system it may complain.
