BSOD on Envy 15 2nd Gen on when hibernating/resuming from hibernate

Hello guys I'm relatively new at this so hopefully I get posting right.

Anyway, after installing Windows 7 SP1 I am no longer able to hibernate and resume hibernate properly (BSOD)

    here are some basic specs
    Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 (CURRENT)
    Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 (OLD)
Age of System: Approx 1 year
    OS installation: 2 days

I've been having blank screens for the past couple weeks, I think it is an envy 15 specific problem so I re installed Windows and it worked fine for a day (It was a driver problem). But after installing SP1 it BSODS every time I hibernate or try to resume it

    Here are the error codes:
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: e0010002
    BCP1: FFFFFA8006B2B000
    BCP2: 000000000000000C
    BCP3: 0000000000000205
    BCP4: 000000000000094E
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

I have also posted the zip/rar file online as per instructed

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

Virtally identical and Related to nusb3xhc.sys USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver from NEC Electronics Corporation. I would re-install it but since yours is fairly current I am looking suspiciously at your Avast. I would replace it with microsoft security essentials if the driver re-install doesnt fix it.

Installed new drivers, then factory drivers. Still didn't help. Right now I'm using April 13 2011 drivers, not sure if it is the newest one.
Uninstalling avast and installing MSE did not help either. I found that if I leave my USB mouse plugged in it would BSOD, however, if I take it out it wouldn't. Hibernate works fine both ways though. I will update the new BSOD files after I scan it.

    Thanks for your help.
