Windows 10, Home Clean Install

Ok lets try a SFC and then a clean boot.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
as a last resort a repair install should work

Mann.. I really didn't want to do that...... See I have A Windows 7 disk but not the windows 7 disk...

Oof... I hate oem.... I'll try your second option...

well for some reason i cant update through the nvidia control panel i've tried starting the service manually and these are the 2 errors i receive my driver itself works fine so a reinstall seems unnecessary i don't know how to fix this.
