BSOD - Welcoming any sort of help.

Hello everyone, first of all i would like to thank you for taking the time to read and, if im so lucky, maybe help me with this problem.

I've recently bough and assembled a new computer and it has the occasional BSOD, i've tried to resolve it on my own by extensivly searching google, but i can't seem to get a break.

    MOBO : gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3-B3
    RAM : Corsair DDR3 XMS3 4Gb 1600Mhz PC3-12800 (2x2Gb) CMX4GX3M2A1600C9
    CPU : i5 2500K (1155)
    Video : MSI HD6950 2gb
    2x 1gb sata drives

it has a fresh windows 7 professional install (x64).

this is my first time posting, please be gentle :P
    Thanks for reading.

It looks like your virtual cd/dvd software is crashing the filesystem somehow.

I can't think of a fix outside of removing it.
Most people here seem to suggest magiciso.

    Code:
    FLTMGR_FILE_SYSTEM (f5)
An unrecoverable failure occured inside the filter manager.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000068, The reason for the failure
    Arg2: fffff8a003781720
    Arg3: fffff8a003781770
    Arg4: 0000000000000000

Okay assuming you have made the previous changes already I think we may be looking at a memory issue here. If your memory is failing it may actually explain the earlier problems (though those virtual cd/dvd programs still seem a likely cause for the file system issue)
At any rate the only memory test we can really do is to let this:
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Run overnight (it runs outside of windows so it's best to let it do it's thing while you're sleeping)
5 to 7 passes should be adequate.

    Code:
    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,
it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it
    is pointing at freed memory.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: fffff682ff7bb200, memory referenced.
    Arg2: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation.
Arg3: fffff80002b4c6a0, If non-zero, the instruction address which referenced the bad memory
        address.
    Arg4: 0000000000000005, (reserved)

You should probably also note it was the catalyst control center that actually crashed even though memory corruption was listed as the cause.
It might not hurt to reinstall the latest driver / CCC package either.

another BSOD, here is the file.

im wondering, could it be utorrent having something to do with it?
the common factor in all BSOD's so far is that i've been downloading stuff to this harddrive (1tb) that i use to storage stuff.

is there anything i could do to test this hard drive?

    thanks again everyone :)
