    Random Windows 7 crashes.

I just finished a second build of the same exact setup I am running. Mine has been running for almost a week without any issues what so ever. This one however, is suddenly shutting down and restarting. It's not shutting down through Windows, it's like it loses power and then instantly reboots. I have turned off "automatic reboot" when it crashes but, it did it anyway; so i'm not sure it's a Windows problem but, I'm very hopeful that someone here can help or has run across a similar issue.

I've read through a thread but this is a brand new build with almost nothing installed (speedfan and WoW at the moment). I've ran Windows Update hoping it was a fix but, it just did it again a few minutes ago. I also ran a memory test (through the UEFI BIOS).

I went into the event log and this is the error that it came up with:

Event filter with query SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99

The temps seem reasonable and it's happening at random times (one time I was browsing through IE and it cut off with nothing else running, so it doesn't seem to be a big load issue or anything.)

My full system specs are in my profile, please let me know if you need me to add them to this post.
