Random freezing on computer. Tried everything! Help!

I have recently bought a put together a computer from newegg. It's mostly used for gaming.

I noticed that when I play League of Legends with sound my game will have lag and skip. I disable the sound and it won't skip any longer. The same skipping also happens when I play counter strike.

I also notice that when I load my files my computer seems to lag then bring it up. This doesn't do it everytime, just occasionally, and enough to annoy me. I was worried that it was doing this because my solid state should not be lagging in the slightest like that.

So I unplugged my solid state thinking that it was defective and loaded windows on my Western Digital 1 TB HDD. (my solid state is a Crucial 128 GB.) The game would now only lag at the very beginning of the game for one second then never do it again.

I sent the SSD back to newegg and received a new one shortly after. Only to find that the same problem is happening. I looked through the manual on the SSD and shows that it is for a notebook. The back also states "A solid state drive is an excellent alternative to a traditional hard drive in notebook PCs". Does this mean that this SSD is not compatible with my PC? I'm lost at what to do. I should not be experiencing any computer lag, as my processor, ram, and motherboard are excellent products. I have also tested the memory and it is not bad.

I disabled the sound driver on my video card, and i'm using the one on my mother board. All my drivers are up to date.

Computer specs. Intel i7 @ 3.4 GHz, MSI MS-7681 motherboard, AMD Radeon HD 6950 video card, 8gb ripjaw ram, Windows Home Premium 64 Bit. If you have any other questions that I need to answer please ask

Any info on what I can do will help out tremendously.
