A couple of your
drivers are outdated. Please visit Windows Update to update the AMD storage
driver (amdxata.sys which dates from
2009)
And visit the Asus website to update the PCProbe utility (ASIO.sys which dates from
2007)
Also, since the memory dump blames a video component, I'd suggest checking your video card for sufficient power, lack of dust bunnies, and fan function to ensure that the card isn't underpowered/overheated.
