2-3 consecutive BSOD on start-up. HELP

my system is experiencing bsod in 2 to 3 times consecutively. after each bsod black screen will appear with prompt:

    Boot From AHCI CD-ROM:
    Operating System not found

i also have problem in backing up files. some errors were:

Windows Backup skipped C:\ because is it on corrupted drive C:\.
Windows Backup skipped C:\Users\JOY\Documents because is it on corrupted drive C:\.
Windows Backup skipped C:\Users\Public\Documents because is it on corrupted drive C:\.
Windows Backup skipped C:\Users\JOY\Music because is it on corrupted drive C:\.
Windows Backup skipped C:\Users\Public\Music because is it on corrupted drive C:\.
Windows Backup skipped C:\Users\JOY\Pictures because is it on corrupted drive C:\.
Windows Backup skipped C:\Users\Public\Pictures because is it on corrupted drive C:\.
and so on and so forth.

btw, after running the BSOD Dump & System File Collection, there was a warning prompt that says:

    cmd.exe - Corrupt File
the file or directory C:\\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AXAFBC~1.EXE is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the chkdsk utility.

my system automatically chkdsk whenever i turn it on.

Your Hard Disk is probably failing, boot in safemode with networking if possible and run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checkerand a scan of Malwarebytes

Am I seeing correctly that it has been like this for a month? Is Safemode the only thing you tried or have other things been done (to save us the time of telling you stuff you already know..)

If nothing else has been done... my first choice would be to (with the help of another pc) create a bootable cd or usbstick.
Boot with that (and force BIOS not to boot from your C: drive) and then we can see if you can really fix that internal c: drive or, if you can't, save what you can from it.

Post back if you need help on that please?
