need help. work computer, no IT guy

hello, my IT guy was recently fired, for *gasp* not doing his job.

i have this nagging blue screen on my co workers computer thats disabling him from pretty much nothing

computer is as follows
amd athlon ii x3 2.8ghz 455

windows 7 64 bit
gigabyte motherboard

im not sure what it is, but we do a lot of corporate mailing from his computer and i need to know what it is, so i can possibly help him fix it

A lot of obsolete drivers should be updated

Remove/Upgrade any CD/DVD/Multimedia Burning programs

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (1)
This is a kernel internal error. The most common reason to see this
bugcheck is when a filesystem or a driver has a mismatched number of
calls to disable and re-enable APCs. The key data item is the
Thread->KernelApcDisable field. A negative value indicates that a driver
has disabled APC calls without re-enabling them. A positive value indicates
that the reverse is true. This check is made on exit from a system call.
Arguments:
Arg1: 000007feffc7131a, address of system function (system call)
Arg2: 0000000000000000, Thread->ApcStateIndex << 8 | Previous ApcStateIndex
Arg3: 0000000000000002, Thread->KernelApcDisable
Arg4: fffff880072d5ca0, Previous KernelApcDisable
