Windows 7: major problem

My hp pavilion dv4 -
I have a major problem, when I get on the internet, I get redirected in internet explorer to random pages and I've tryed many different methods to fix this and nothing. Now my computer just turned off then a blue screen came up an just started running and I couldn't stop this from running.
I've used spybot, norton and malwarebytes
Also, my windows security won't turn on either....
I have to use another family members computer due to this problem.
