Windows 7 Crashing constantly, please help!

Hey everyone I am having major issues with Windows 7 install on a new build. This is my fifth PC to put together but my first windows 7, I am having nothing but troubles out of it.

At first I was crashing during install after many many tries I finally got it to install. Now it will either freeze or give me a BSOD while inside of Windows. I tried booting into safe mode and it still does the same thing, generally freezing instead of blue screen. I have changed power supplies, updated bios, installed MSI drivers for motherboard but I can't seem to get anything else to work. Everytime I try and install the video card drivers it will crash and I have to do a hard reboot. I am at wits in and am about ready to start RMAing once piece at a time back to newegg till something works.

Anyways these are my woes and I am hoping that you guys can help me to figure out what the heck is going wrong with this PC.

PC Specs are as followed.
MSI 870S-G46 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s ATX
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit
AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz Socket AM3
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB)
VisionTek 900310 Radeon HD 5670
APEX AL-D500EXP 500W ATX12V Power Supply
ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM SATA

I have also uploaded the data I retrieved from the dump files I received today.

Hello,

Run Memtest86 and Prime95, letting us know the results of both.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Be sure to run all three (Small FFTs, Large FFTs, Blend) Prime95 tests: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

Ok so I downloaded memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using imgburn and alcohol, it looks like files were written to the CD but when I tried to boot off of it nothing happens.

I switched my ram around today and windows stayed up much longer than yesterday but still crashes after a while giving me a blue screen.

Does it just hang on a black screen when you boot from the CD, or is there some error? You might try using a USB drive instead.
