black screen + cursor

Hi everyone
I have broke my system today, but lets start from the begining.
I have 2 HD in my laptop:

1st one:
system: Windows XP
partitions: C:/

2nd one:
system: Windows 7
partitions: C:/ D:/

On each system I switched of 2nd HD, just to be sure that data are safe.
Today when I was using XP I wanted to use one file from 7, so I turned on 2nd HD (I did this many times before) and unfortunately after all I forgot to switch it off again.
After reboot XP found 2nd HD and tried to fix something on it.

Now when I'm trying to start 7 I can see black screen and a cursor.
I tried to recover win 7 from the CD but without any successes. What I noticed, Recovery tool from the CD is looking for installed system, it finds it on partition D:/
This is strange as I have installed system on C:/
I think win XP hanged partition letter, as on XP I have only C:/ partition letter has been hanged to first free letter which was D:/

Any way, I really want to fix this and I have no Idea what to do, as Win CD does not work and safe mode also.

I'll be glad for any help
