    Reference by Pointer BSOD

Hello everyone! I just bought a new computer a week ago, everything was running smoothly until I had two bsods today and yesterday. Please help as soon as possible, I'm leaving for a month long trip TOMORROW night and want to get this resolved before I leave.

Im running windows 7 64bit (preinstalled)

I bought this computer from dell and I have not upgraded a single driver

Just take a quick peak at my dump files and tell me what I need to do to fix this computer. Thanks!

Uninstall any Creative Software - CtClsFlt.sys - installed. Your built in webcam is an Intel. Download its driver here.
    Update AMD Catalyst Driver here.

    Let us know the results.

What do you mean by creative software? And what exactly is CtClsFlt.sys? I also tryed following the links you posted and I got the intel update but couldnt download the catalyst update. I checked for updates via the device manager and all my drivers are up to date for my gpus and webcam.

CtClsFlt.sys = Creative Webcam driver. Bugcheck shows it installed in your system. Go to "Windows\System32\drivers\" and remove it manually if there are no signs of a Creative uninstaller in Add / Remove Programs. Then run CCleaner - Slim - to remove any registry entries related.

Do not use Device Manager to update drivers, unless you are doing it offline.

    Code:
    atikmdag atikmdag.sys Thu Dec 02 13:22:51 2010
As you can see above, AMD Catalyst driver is definitely not updated.
You downloaded the "catalyst_mobility_64-bit_util.exe", ran it and what happened?...

I downloaded the "catalyst_mobility_64-bit_util.exe" file, ran it, and updated the catalyst driver, an audio driver, and one other driver I cant recall.
Also concerning the webcam issue, is there any other way to fix the driver problem for my creative software. i really enjoy the features it includes when using my webcam. I don't want to delete the software unless I have to.

And finally, Considering this may be my last post before I depart on my vacation I want to take the time to thank you for your assistance. Just informing me of what caused the BSOD really takes a load of worrying off my chest so I can fully enjoy my vacation! THANKS A BUNCH +REP
