First just check that the windows files are okay
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker Most likely this step will come up clean but it's fairly quick and easy to do, even in safemode.

Your nvidia driver is apparently suffering some problem.
We'll need to wipe it and then reinstall the latest.
    Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper
that tool will help you to remove it.
Hopefully you'll be able to boot back normally once the offending driver has been scrubbed.
Note: this will only fix things if it is in fact the driver causing the problem. We could also be looking at a video card hardware failure, or possibly even bad memory here. We'll do this one step at a time though.
    Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
and that link will help you get the newest driver for your system.

    Minidump summary follows:
    Code:
    VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)
Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.
    Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa800f9c8010, Optional pointer to internal TDR recovery context (TDR_RECOVERY_CONTEXT).
Arg2: fffff8800fab0d3c, The pointer into responsible device driver module (e.g. owner tag).
Arg3: ffffffffc000009a, Optional error code (NTSTATUS) of the last failed operation.
Arg4: 0000000000000004, Optional internal context dependent data.

    Hello Maguscreed,

Cheers for replying, did exactly as you instructed and it's still cause same problem.

System checker : come up clean

Nvidia driver, Phyxion - driver sweeper: sweeped, rebooted then installed the Nvidia driver.

    Updated the .dmp files here.

    Thank you.

We are getting the same TDR message.
It's possible your old video card is dying on you.
Since we replaced the driver kernel and it's still the same error I'm starting to think hardware issue.

No I think you are too the point of contacting vendor for RMA, new cards arrive bad sometimes. It does happen.
Glad to know it's new this means you can replace easily.
The only other thing I can think of at this point is failing ram.
That can be tested by running this overnight.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
And seeing if errors pop up in it. (best to run overnight for 5 to 7 passes+)

I have contacted to the seller about this. I'm grateful for your helps, thank you. Will keep you updated.
