two of the dump files seem to be identical?

Anyway, all three dump files point to memory management as you stated in your subject.... did you run memtest86+ ? Have you replaced / checked any hw recently?
Could you try to remove 1 mem stick and see what happens (apart from slowing down )

mmm some more: I see you've got quite some pre-W7 drivers (2006 drivers for usb mass storage for example).
Could you tell us the history of this machine? How old, what was running on it before you installed W7 x64?

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

BSOD - MEMORY MANAGEMENT and PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA
All, I built my PC in 2010. Ever since I have been having intermittent BSOD problems. I've found that if I put the computer to sleep instead of shutting down, when it boots stable, it will remain stable. Otherwise I have BSOD crashes 5-20 minutes after booting. I've run memtest86+ after crashes...

BSOD: Page fault in non paged area and Memory Management error.
Encountered these two bsods within 15mins of each other. Now am currently running memtest86+ with one stick. If i have no errors on either stick, does it still mean my ram is error free? Do i need a change? I've reformatted the PC just 2 months back because of these two same issues too.
