Locking Up On Shutdown

    Yeah I disabled the sound device on the same bus as my video card, so far no black screen at start up. Also 33 important updates just showed up in windows update since I changed receive recommended to the same way I receive important updates and then they disappeared?

    Edit: Just locked up while on YouTube, no bsod just had to restart.

    Alright so I decided to RMA my motherboard just to check and see if it's a bad memory or pci slot that is causing the bsod's. Thanks for all the help:)

    Alright so I just got my motherboard back and did a fresh install plus a new keyboard since I thought it could be a driver related problem. So anyway about a couple of hours everything was fine and then a bsod. But I think it was caused by my graphics card since the screen was corrupted and looked like color noise and then crash
