ERRATIC BSODs

so this has happened several times during my laptop's 1 year lifespan, it keeps sometimes gets the stop message : 0x0000007E error on bootup, usually waking up or resuming windows.
I run windows 7 64bit, which was pre-installed,
asus g72gx
6gb ddr2-667 ram
gtx 260m
intel p8700
haven't re-installed it, though recovered a few times.

btw, S.M.A.R.t said my hdd was going to fail this year because of heat issues? its idling around 45 celcius and my cpu is around 49 celcius and gpu 63 celcius . is this normal?

my nvidea driver is new (updated in march) and im running eset smart security

Hi everyone, 1 week, Windows 7 BSOD then restarts erratically I tried: remove useless cards, change my video card was very hot (107 C) disable the sound card, EHCI, serial ports in bios etc etc check the memory with the tool memory test at startup.
