Windows 7: When uploading files, my "Libraries" aren't working!

So when I'm in my files offline, Libraries work like they are supposed to. However, when I'm using ANY browser and I try to upload a file by going to a Library (such as Music), it's just a blank screen that says "No items match your search." There's even a drop down directory that shows my actual Music folder but I can't click on it!



Instead of using my libraries, I have to to go C:\Users\Owner\Music which I'll admit isn't THAT bad, but I would prefer if the libraries just did what they were supposed to do. I upload files a lot and it's annoying to have to do this EVERY time. They used to work just fine, but then I went and did a registry clean and it seems to have messed up a few things, this being one of them.

Any thoughts on how to fix this without a clean install of the OS?
