BSOD when playin games. Hi all, I'm new here, I hope to do alright.
Here is my problem, after I changed my graphic card ("nVidia GeForce 8400gs" switched to an "nVIDIA GeForce GT 240 (Asus ENGT240)"), it started to do frequently (after10-15min of gameplay) to get some bsod. The prblem is that not always it get me to the bsod, it just freeze, and i have to manually reset my pc. All i can find is just a minidump. The driver are ok (or at least i hope so), no dust on pc, already cleaned up. The only thing i have to do is a memtest, cause im not such a pro with pc, and i have to find the time to do that (i cannot leave it on at night).
Ill leave the minidump right here, and the information i got after 2 crashes (sorry for italian):

Regards, Angelo.
Edit: I have added the file requested, and this are the info of the pc: -Windows 7 x64 - the original installed OS on the system? Windows Vista Home Premium (cannot find if 32 or 64 bit) - an OEM or full retail version? I think OEM (packard bell) - What is the age of system (hardware)? I bought it in january 2008, but its age its like 2007 - What is the age of OS installation? I have re-installed the OS less than a month ago, to see if i could solve the bsod problem.

I really thank you for the attention, but i got a question, i hade also a 7f problem, not only 3b, what do you think that stand for?
And, do you think all this problem can occure because i changed graphic card?
Ps, i have edited the last post with the info you needed. Thank you again. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, 2400 MHz (9 x 267) Motherboard Foxconn VIA PT890 Motherboard Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce GT 240 Sound Card Realtek ALC888/1200 @ VIA VT8237A High Definition Audio Cont |

Ps, i have edited the last post with the info you needed. Thank you again. Nearly the same thing, in other words, could still mean loads of drivers.
Please rename C:\Windows\system32\drivers\secdrv.sys
into the same but with the extension old: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\secdrv.sys.old
This is a running 2005 driver, a bit old...
Reboot after that.
Also, do you have a raid disk setup? If so, those drivers are 2006.. also too old.
But... since you did change you video card and things worked ell before that... please check that you have the latest drivers for that card + be sure you have no powersaving options on... and also make sure you are not overclocking the 240... | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number custom build OS Windows 7 64b Ultimate CPU I7-2600 3.40GHz - testing various OC levels.. odd looking dump file, ...seems almost incomplete.
Run through SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
You can also look at removing your Daemon tools and it's virtual drive.
The only other thing I see software side is AVAST! which sometimes gets glitchy in windows 7, though I have no real evidence that is the case here, the driver dump was incomplete.
You can follow these steps to make sure the minidump gets written next time you have a crash. To ensure minidumps are enabled:
Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header
Select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made. windbg info below Code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)

Tomorrow ill try all the things you guys suggested me. But a new thing happened today, I was scared of some dust hidden somewhere, so i have open the case, took off ram, fans and graphic card, and cleaned all up. Re assembled everything and the pc wont start, a sort of problem starting windows. I tried (on an advice of a friend) to take off a slot of ram, i have primary 2gb, and secondary, 1 gb (both ddr2), and with only the slot of 2 gb, the pc started like normal, just a bitter slow. I've tried a game for like 30 min and no bsod appear. I switched to the only slot of 1gb on, and the pc went slower, but ok, seems ram itself it's not the problem. So, I don't know if you have understood what i did, but, can it be that the second slot for the ram in my motherboard got messed up? The obvious would apply first, unplug hit the power button to discharge, then reseat everything you cleaned. Can you use something (oxigen pressure can) to blow dust out of the second slot?
