The problem seems to be solved!

I have update the Bios to the newest version
then I have re-correct the frequencies and voltage of RAM to:
    666MHz 7-7-7-20 and 1.65V, respectively.

launch the program again, and everything looks perfect!! "until now, at least"

That's great! BTW, welcome to SF!

If solved, could you mark your thread as such at the top of this thread?

Out of interest, how long has your ram been running on the old values?

    thanx MvdB

about your question, it's around a month ago when I had change Bios back to its default by "Load Fail-Safe Defaults", but I forgot to readjust RAM values at then! However the system was running in a stable way until last night :]
