BSOD/Backup not working

Hey I'm really not the best at computers and a while ago I got a blue screen while watching a video on windows media player, but before that my screen went black for a second and a little window poped up in the lower right corner and said something like "your display stopped working but windows fixed it". After the first blue screen I now tend to get them at random nothing really seems to set it off that I can tell. I can play a game for hours get off the game open my pictures and bamb blue screen.

My computer does a weekly backup copy of my C drive into my G: drive
for some reason it gives me this now this also started happing after the blue screen.
"a shadow copy could not be created. Please check 'VSS' and "SPP" application event logs for more information. Details: A volume Shadow Copy Service component encountered an unexpected error. Check the Application log for more information.Backup error code: 0x81000019"
read up on that code cant seem to find a fix.

I tried the SFC /SCANNOW Command as I saw on another forum it gave me this as it couldn't fix
"Cannot repair member file [l:18{9}]"mfc90.dll" of Microsoft.VC90.MFC, Version = 9.0.30729.6161, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope neutral, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b}, Type = [l:10{5}]"win32", TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch"

I have no idea what that means, and here are my computers specs if anyone can help me out Id really appreciate it.

Windows 7 (64 bit)

Processor Intel® Core™ i7-2600K Processor (4x 3.40GHz/8MB L3 Cache)

Is it possible to pull a working backup from bad backup DVDs?
Within a couple weeks of getting my laptop (Dell Vostro 3700, intel i5, Win7 Pro 32-bit) I used the Windows backup tool to make a set of restore disks. I have recently learned this may have been a mistake. Fast forward: a few weeks ago I did a clean install of Win7 from the system disks that...

Okay, I made a back up about a month ago. I set it to backup every Monday at 1:00 AM. But it never actually makes a backup when on schedule, only the first backup made in June actually worked. I used Windows Backup regularly for a while, then started using SyncToy. I decided to bring my Windows Backup up to date, but when I click the "Backup Now" button, the cursor just circles for a second or two, then nothing happens. No error message, no nothing. Any ideas?
