Windows 7: Yet another BSOD problem

Yet another BSOD problem

I have been troubleshooting my computer for days now. I started getting BSODs whenever I run a game, doesn't matter how intensive it is. It usually happens after 10 to 20 minutes, but sometimes even sooner. Through testing, I've found that one of my RAM sticks are dead, since the computer won't even boot when it's in. Further testing and Google searches led me to the Event Viewer, which has given me a message about my graphics card. I believe that is the problem, but I would definitely like a debug if possible. And I would be very thankful, of course.

I cannot attach the dump to this post because it's too large (50 MB, wow), and I don't know the policy on linking pages to this site, but it is zipped and ready in case anyone can help.

Thanks for reading.

EDIT: Included latest dump and performance monitoring HTML document here. I again apologize for not reading the guide first.
EDIT2: Added system specs to first post.

After looking at a few other threads, looks like I should add a few things.

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0GHz
Graphics: ASUS GTX 460 768MB
RAM: Kingston DDR3 4GB
MOBO: Asus M4A89GTD Pro/USB3

Again, I can provide the dump at the drop of a hat. In fact, I'm going to go ahead and delete the big one and see if it just makes a fresh one.

Am I missing anything? I've tried downloading the debugging tools as well and let's just say I'm not THAT savvy yet..

Update:
I've figured out how to debug the crash dump myself, but reading them isn't helping much.

This is what I do know: It has something to do with the processor. What I tried was turning off the Core Unlocker (disables cores 5 and 6) and tried to replicate the problem. The game lasted about twice as long as it normally does but it still crashed.

I'm going to edit the first post with the latest dump in a moment.

I didn't pay nearly that much but I know the feeling. I've been unable to play, and it's the Steam Summer Sale! I've bought tons of games and can't even do anything about it.
*cries*

(Bump, please help!)

One more bump before bed with an update. I disabled 2 cores (out of 4) and the crashes haven't been happening. I'm thinking it's a heat issue right now, and I'm going to grab some thermal compound tomorrow and do some more troubleshooting. The weird thing is that my case is open to prevent an issue like this, so I'm not entirely sure.
I'm hoping I wake up to a more knowledgeable post though.. . Goodnight.

Interesting development. I just tried prime95's torture test and this is what happened to "worker #3"

[Jul 7 18:44] Worker starting
[Jul 7 18:44] Setting affinity to run worker on logical CPU #3
[Jul 7 18:44] Beginning a continuous self-test to check your computer.
[Jul 7 18:44] Please read stress.txt. Choose Test/Stop to end this test.
[Jul 7 18:44] Test 1, 270000 Lucas-Lehmer iterations of M420217 using AMD K10 type-1 FFT length 20K, Pass1=80, Pass2=256.
[Jul 7 18:45] Test 2, 270000 Lucas-Lehmer iterations of M409601 using AMD K10 type-1 FFT length 20K, Pass1=80, Pass2=256.
[Jul 7 18:46] Test 3, 270000 Lucas-Lehmer iterations of M401407 using AMD K10 type-1 FFT length 20K, Pass1=80, Pass2=256.
[Jul 7 18:46] FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.4985351563, expected less than 0.4
[Jul 7 18:46] Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
[Jul 7 18:46] Torture Test completed 2 tests in 2 minutes - 1 errors, 0 warnings.

[Jul 7 18:46] Worker stopped.

Looks like it IS the processor, and core #3 (I guess?) isn't working properly.
