HP desktop randomly restarts

I have just bought a refurbished HP computer, and am experiencing random restarts, particularly when watching videos on youtube. The computer just suddenly goes black and turns off and back on again. I'm a complete novice at computers so I'm not 100% sure what's the issue here. I'm running windows 7 64bit home premium.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the error message:

i noticed that when ever i go on flash based websites, videos or games the desktop crashes. Ive managed to pin this down to google chrome. It some reason doesnt like flash based applications. So ive gone back to internet explorer 32bit verison, and everything seems to be fine now. no crashes so far!

hope this helps someone else! i spent all day trying to solve this with no replies! thanks anyways!
