BSODs, restarts, and freezes on Windows 7 32-bit

Hello there, I'm having a few problems with my computer that I've been unable to figure out on my own. Starting a few months ago my computer began getting a few BSODs, typically while playing The Sims 3. Over time the computer would also restart on it's own with no BSOD, or sometimes just freeze completely. And even when I do get a BSOD, it's not always the same error. Now it happens even when I'm not gaming, and it occurs roughly every other day or so. In fact today I had 3 incidents where the computer seemed to shut off completely. The 3rd time it did that, the fan came on afterwards as if the computer was trying to restart, but that was it. Needless to say I'm a bit concerned and confused as to what's causing the problem.

If anyone can help out it would be greatly appreciated. I've included an attachment with everything this thread says I would need.

Just a bit of a heads up:

    - Windows XP was originally installed, I installed Windows 7 last August or September
    - The computer as a whole is roughly 3.5 years old, though some bits(like my sound card and video card) are newer

    Hi,welcome to SF :)
The folder you uploaded has no minidumps.
To enable the minidump follow these steps,
Go to Start and type in "sysdm.cpl" (without the quotes) and press Enter
    Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that "Automatically restart" is unchecked
Under the Write Debugging Information header select "Small memory dump (64 kB)" in the dropdown box
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as "%systemroot%\Minidump" (without the quotes)
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.

Alright, done that. Now do you want me to reupload my files? But, though I didn't think about it yesterday, just prior to registering to this site I had performed a disk cleanup and deleted my "system error memory dump files" among other things. Would those be the same ones you were needing?

I was trying to play a game called Heroes of Newerth when it happened.
