It would help to know make/model - if prebuilt specs as best as you know them - if homemade. Especially right now I need to know which ati radeon graphics card you have. |

Please Download the most updated ati graphic driver from AMD Graphics Drivers & Software Uninstall ati software/driver,restart,install the new driver,restart. | | If we get another crash after that what I want you to do is remove the ati software suite (graphics driver included) in safe mode with this tool Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper Afterwards reboot normal and reinstall the latest driver again. Sometimes a tiny piece of a previous install is left behind and continues to cause problems. |

| | The pctools file system driver crashed. the NTkernel had a random crash (most likely caused by the other two driver issues) The earliest one is actually the most worrying as it points to the processor management. That could be a really bad thing. Lets deal with the solveable drivers for the moment Follow the above for graphics, and honestly I would just remove pctools right now. |
