    Few consistent crashing problems

    Hello,

I'm a little computer illiterate and usually just google how to solve all my problems but there have 2 been separate issues that cause my laptop to crash every so often.

First one is happens only on Chrome in gmail, whenever I try to use the video option via chat it instantly crashes and I get this error. (attached as untitled)

I get a little message afterwards saying Shockwave has crashed. This only happens in Gmail on chrome, every other website I can think of video works fine, and my cam works fine on every other browser.

2nd one causes my entire computer to crash, not just my browser.

Ill be browsing and suddenly my gpu? goes insane and starts flashing, then after a bit it completely crashes, upon startup I get an error log saying this.

    OS Version: 6_1_7601

    Please follow the instructions here

I appreciate your efforts but those minidump files are usually the best way to troubleshoot over the net like this.

Thanks for the quick response, I have done the first step yet when I open the performance monitor viewer the file tab only has options and exit choices, and I do not see anywhere to save as html.

you know honestly for now, just to keep it simple for you. Just find c:\windows\minidump
if there are any files there zip them up and attach them.
We'll worry about the other stuff if it turns out I need it.

Attached, would you also like me to zip the files in the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder?

Also my apologies for not being able to provide sufficient information from the get.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

    go here
Software & Driver Downloads HP Pavilion dv7t-2200 CTO Entertainment Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English)
and download every driver that says (previous versions available)
..don't actually download previous versions download the new one.

You are running on a lot of old drivers this is the quickest way to fix that problem.
