Computer crashes randomly and will not shutdown correctly.

I have noticed that my computer will freeze and crash for no reason. Also, noticed crashing alot while playing games, using internet explorer. Also, noticed that when I goto shutdown the computer right as it goes to turn off I get a BSOD and then everytime I restart the computer it always says that the computer was not shutdown correctly.
I could not located Perfmon.html, I will post is if someone could tell me how to find it.

    Hello Medic, welcome to SF!

You've lots of dmps... I haven't the time yet to check them all but a recent one struck me as I don't see it often. Quote copied below for future reference.

    Lets try:

    1. Does it crash if you run in Safe Mode. It's a bummer to do, I know, but helps as in a quick check if it is HW and/or basic W7 drivers.

    2. If no problem in Safe Mode: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Post back with results... next step is a lot of testing...of hw.

    CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109)
This bugcheck is generated when the kernel detects that critical kernel code or
data have been corrupted. There are generally three causes for a corruption:
    1) A driver has inadvertently or deliberately modified critical kernel code
     or data. See http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/driver/kernel/64bitPatching.mspx
    2) A developer attempted to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel
debugger that was not attached when the system was booted. Normal breakpoints,
"bp", can only be set if the debugger is attached at boot time. Hardware
breakpoints, "ba", can be set at any time.
    3) A hardware corruption occurred, e.g. failing RAM holding kernel code or data.
