Windows Failure! PLEASE HELP ME!

OK,
I have a Acer laptop, running Windows 7, I install it, and three days later, boom, it crashes... I reinstall it, and a couple of days later, it does the same thing, it lags, then crashes. I need to fix this. I been trying to for a year, Star-Tech said it was a bad harddrive. I doubt that. But everytime I make a thread, someone tells me to install these drivers, I do that, and it STILL crashes, so it's not those either.. I am desperate.. I can't risk having to reinstall windows again.. please. It's doing it right now btw, but I am using safe mode.. so please help me!

Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.
