You have the AGUx64.sys error a D-link error. (driver is old from 2008)
So for first step please,
Download for ur system a fresh copy of the latest Windows 7 driver from D-Link - World Wide Offices
(Urs is Nic D-Link AirPlus Xtreme G DWL-G132 Wireless USB)
Uninstall the current software/drivers from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
Install the freshly downloaded software/drivers
Wait and please post back with ANY results
