Windows 7: Frequent BSoD on New Desktop

I would like to thank you for your time and patience helping me with my computer problems. This has been a learning experience for me and I am still working through the RAM issues.

I do not want to outstay my welcome here on the forums with this problem but I am trying to narrow down the problem and I know very little about RAM issues. If there is a better place to receive additional help on this, please let me know.

The problem I am having is this:

*I have 2 sticks of RAM, Stick 1 in slot A and Stick 2 in slot B.

With both sticks in, Memtest showed an error on the 6th pass. I took out Stick 2 (only leaving Stick 1 in slot A) and ran Memtest again and had no errors on 10 passes. I removed Stick 1 and placed Stick 2 in slot A and ran Memtest and, again, had no errors in 10 passes.

With no errors on either stick alone in slot A, I moved only Stick 2 to slot B and ran Memtest again for 10 passes and had no problems.

I am now not sure what the next step is. With both sticks in (they are the same type of RAM from the same company), I received errors in Memtest. However, neither stick alone gave me an error and moving one of the sticks to the second slot also gave me no errors. What are my next steps to test this problem and narrow down how I can solve this?

Either the RAM timings/voltages are not properly configured in your BIOS, for this you can just reset your BIOS settings and leave it in 'auto'
Or you board itself may have a problem, the RAM banks on the board may have some problems

Would more RAM be beneficial when doing this? It seems I am only able to do this once or twice and then it won't switch at all and it'll just stay on the game or it locks up. I currently have 4G of RAM. My specs are listed.
