    BSOD After WEI Assessment Failure

Recently did a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium on my M17x R3 and when running WEI assessment I get an error saying that the video playback could not be measured. About 5 minutes after the WEI assessment failure I get a BSOD. The blue screen doesn't display long enough for me to read anything off of it but here's the post-BSOD log:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 9f
    BCP1: 0000000000000003
    BCP2: FFFFFA800DE26060
    BCP3: FFFFF80001A5A3D8
    BCP4: FFFFFA800FF0B010
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\070711-17550-01.dmp
    C:\Users\aznpos531\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-37440-0.sysdata.xml
It's all just mumbo jumbo to me but perhaps some of you can make something of it.

I've already verified that all of the appropriate drivers have been installed and that they're all up to date. I've also verified that all the appropriate WinSAT files are there. I've even run a ePSA Pre-boot system diagnostics with the extended memory test. I have no third party media players or video codecs installed yet and I've tried to detach all devices.
Here's the winsat.log for your reference:
