Windows 7: BSOD while dowloading torrent with utorrent

Hello,
I am having a problem when I try to download a torrent using utorrent. Usually 10-30 min after turning on utorrent and starting the downloads i get a BSOD. This is a new computer and everything was working fine. I recently installed utorrent and it was working fine for a while but a few days ago i started having this problem..
When i get back on I always get the "windows has recovered from an unexpected situation" message and this is what the details are of a recent BSOD:

the problem is occuring in the netio.sys network driver.
This is always caused by the obvious, something network related. Could you please follow the other instructions here.

As of this moment it seems to be related to a intel wireless device.
Without looking at the error log I can't be sure. It could also be an issue with av/firewall software.

I am attaching the requested files.
Please note that i am not using the wireless device as I am currently plugged via ethernet cable....Also the antivrus software i am using is McAfee SecurityCenter.

Well we are definitely looking at a network issue here, as indicated above.

All your errors, faults and bluescreens are network related.
At this moment I would suggest removing mcafee temporarily to see if the problem goes away after the suite is removed.
If it does we'll fix you up with another protection software.
If not we'll have another look at that wireless device.

I just wanted to thank you for you quick replies...I ended up removing Mcafee and after a good hour i did not get a bsod...I ended up reinstalling Mcafee and also updating Utorrent to a new build that had just come out.....So far it has been several days without a bsod while downloading...

Just pay attention to what mcafee is trying to block in the future.
It's very likely there was a prompt you answered yes too, that was in fact a windows service.
