    all programs not responding

hello all first thanks in advance for ANY help that i can get on this problem. first off i have a self built system. so everything is clean installs. but every single program lags or stops responding to the point where i cant use the computer i have to use a friends laptop just to get here for help. all of my specs are in my profile ( sorry if it seems im rambling ive been at this for hours and cant seem to fix it). ive run most all test that i can think of. ive tested the HD ive stress tested the CPU ive done the sfc/csannow ive run mem test over night. i dont have the net on that comp but i did up date all the drivers using a jump drive back and forth. no anti virus installed (never got that far)i cant even get into event viewer because it keeps freezing and timing out. i know there is some one out there that can help me out with this problem

    please
    dez

Hello and welcome, dez .Apparently it seems to me to be a RAM issue . How old the system is ? You can clean the edges of the ram with dry cotton cloth , it might cure the problem .

Better you post it in Crashes and Debugging subforums, as per the https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html .

Help has been requested Dez. This is not my area of knowledge. The members in the Crashes forum usually are kept busy.
