Bluescreen Windows 7 64-bit. 8GB RAM

Hi people, i had constant bluescreen in the past after installing 4 more GB of ram.
Last week, i installed again 4 more GB to give another chance, taking out the CMOS battery with more than 30 seconds, etc.

But problems started happening today ( i had PC fully stable last week, with even 8gb ram, also installed a another windows 7 installation to test the ram... with no problems).

The last bluescreen says this:

Code:
Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
  OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
  Locale ID: 11274

Additional information about the problem:
  BCCode: 124

  BCP4: 000000000020008F
  OS Version: 6_1_7601
  Service Pack: 1_0

Please find attached the files with dump info.

I don't know if this is related to the RAM, maybe not.....but i really don't understand anything about dump errors....

My BIOS is the newest (Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3P).

thanks and regards,
Sebastian.

The single DMP was corrupt with little useful info. If we can believe the 124 BCC it is caused by hardware

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

You can read more on this error and what to try here... Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Excelent, thanks for the info i will research more.

---------
At the moment bluescreens stopped again...
- i uninstalled the lastest nvidia driver. I still thinks the problem was the memory, i had lot of problem using 8gb with windows before. But now (since last week) after removing the battery and trying again with 8GB, computer is very stable, so every bluescreen i think again that is ram's fault.
- also disabled "Azalia codec" on CMOS.
---------
I will wait one more week without changing anything.

I read also something about x-fi and nvidia problem in a link...(word more than sentences...) but i dont know.

Current config:

- i5 750
- nvidia 560 ti
- ga-p55a-ud3p
- 4x2GB gskill 1333Mhz ddr3 CL9
- ocz vertex 2 + 2xWestern Digital caviar black in Intel sata + pioneer dvdrw (Ahci enable, all ide disabled).

qpi/vtt voltage = 1.21v
ddr voltage = 1.5v (1.54v at HW Monitor).
ram frequency = 167x8 = 1336Mhz...(Stock Speed~)
