    Hello Nightvamp, welcome to SF!

Even though it seems you don't have BSOD's, please follow these instructions anyway. It gives us all the info we need to help, thx!

Ok, had a look at the logs...:

Please have a look at older drivers. Un-install and for those that you really need install newest from manufacturer site:

    Chameleon 1.0.0.3 51.50 KB (52,736 bytes) 4/7/2005 9:38 PM ASUSTeK c:\program files (x86)\asus\splendid\chameleon.dll
    ovs 1.0.0.1 35.00 KB (35,840 bytes) 6/3/2005 1:39 AM ASUSTek c:\program files (x86)\asus\splendid\ovs.dll

    2005 seems way too old...

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download
It is probably a good idea to update all ASUS software for your system.

Also, please go through your Windows Updates. Loads of errors there in unfinished updates. Do them one by one manually if you have to.

Post back your results or any questions you have...

    Windows or ASUS?

    Windows: Windows Update - Reset

ASUS: fill in your system spec's in the fields required. IF you're not sure on that, post back and I'll try to find a working link for you.
