    Here is an easy way to find your model info: Locate the Notebook Product Number or Model Number - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

    When you get it go here and put in your model number: 24/7 Online support for HP's Home and Home Office Products - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

    and thne look for BIOS Update somewhere in the software or drivers

    Thanks. Just got your replies. My model is XX390UAR -- It does have a BIOS update. Ill follow the directions and go. Thanks Thorsen.

    Updated the BIOS update successfully Thorsen. I'll see it goes from here. Ill update this post tomorrow after working on it tonite to see any hangups or freezes. Thanks boss

    Still getting hangups and freezes from the browser. damn . I'll continue to figure this shit out.
