Did you update the BIOS? Also, forget the update utility, just update the drivers manually.

OK, uncheck everything in your startup EXCEPT for Malwarebytes and MSE, if that is what the Microsoft entry is. Reboot and test. enable the startups one at a time and reboot, test again with each one. when you get the BSOD, you'll know probably if one of those is causing it.
You really don't have to have in startup:
    Google Update
    Steam
    Power DVD
    Adobe Reader, very bloated
    Java platform
    Quick Time
    iTunes

These will run as you need them.

What happens when you hit the power button? Does anything appear on the screen?

I fixed it, had to reset my BIOS. Probably need to update my BIOS. what kind of test should I run, the small FFTs, in-place large FFTs, or Blend?

Run the small FFTs to begin with. Follow the tutorial I gave you a link for. It will explain exactly how to run the test. Keep a close watch on CPU temps and shut it down if the temps get dangerously high.

EDIT: the blend test is AKA torture test. With your issues I would not recommend that. Maybe run that after sorting everything out.
