    BSOD Crash

My computer started getting gibberish when loading up the bios. When it gets to the screen where windows is loading, there are blue vertical streaks behind the font. When I try to load windows normally, BSOD hits. My computer is running Windows 7 x64. It is a full retail version and I just reformatted the computer. The system is about 1 1/2 years ago. I tried doing the system health report but I get an error saying system cannot find the path specified. I tried to google the error codes from the BSOD but no one has it.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF8800499277B
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

Memory exception caused by your video driver. Please re-install newest using this method.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

    Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

I wiped it clean with the program and installed new drivers. Windows start up doesn't have the blue vertical lines anymore but when I get to the desktop, a minute later BSOD strikes again with the same error as before.

Still pointing to your video subsystem. could be driver, heat, power, overclocking, etc.

Yes it seems the videocard is the problem. Whenever I uninstall and delete the drivers it works fine, but when I install the new drivers from Nvidia's website it crashes

Still could be heat, the PSU, etc. If it works without the newest drivers i am still thinking driver.

Ok obviously a problem somewhere. My money is on the driver. If not what model power supply (how much wattage) how many peripherals do you have attached.
