Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. I had installed the latest Philips driver beforehand. I have since updated Norton. But now the PC blue screen crashes everytime I try to uninstall or install new drivers or softwares. I cannot even do a norton scan or back up. What should I do? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Scan Computers OS Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Bit.
