    Blue Screen of Death

I have a Dell Inspiron N7010 64 bit laptop that is starting to get the blue screen of death, BSOD, intermittently. It has a 2.4 G processor, 4 Mb Ram, 500 MB hard drive. I did run all of Dell’s hardware tests and everything passed. The only new installation of software on it was the last Windows updates. The BSOD occurred on once July 14, once July 15, and once July 21. The main error seems to be 0x0000003b and the file mmc.exe may be involved. Looking at the Event Log it may have occurred previously and just rebooted before I realized it. Before I reinstall Win 7 Home Premium will someone please have a look at the attached dump & performance files please?

I've attached a new dump file according to instructions. Sorry for the repost but I'm desperate.
