    services.msc is not a valid Win32 application

I first lost the Netflix Icon in the Media center. After many setup tries I got that back and then lost the TV tuners and could not reload them. When I checked services I got this message" services.msc is not a valid Win32 application".
I have to assume the reason I can't setup the Tuners is caused by Services.msc.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

I'd suspect malware, but there are other possibilities. Please try these free hardware diagnostics for starters:
    H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Free Online AntiMalware Resources (read the details at the link)
