    BSOD - UXPATCH.SYS error

Ok so Ive been reading around and I have all the files necessary I have even tried to replace UXPATCH.SYS and I still got the blue screen. I installed the ram and got the blue screen, removed 1 stick of ram windows boots fine. I know its not the ram I did a clean install on a different HDD so the ram is fine. I tried 3 GB and I tried 4 GB but it wont boot with more than 2 on my current install. all I got from the debug was that the issue was uxpatch.sys

quick update forgot to add system specs.

    amd phenom 8400
    2 gb samsung pc2-6400
    9800gtx+
    asrock n68-s motherboard
