Freezing/Locking up periodically

My computer is now 5 days old.
I installed a retail version of Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit.

Everything keeps freezing at random intervals. It happens very randomly, both while playing games and while writing this message the first time in firefox (crashed while writing a crashreport, how ironic). 30-60 minutes apart.

Specs is as follows:

Intel Core i7 2600 3.40 Ghz (4 Cores - 8 Threads)
Arctic Cooling Freezer 13
P8H67-M EVO B3 Sandy Bridge
Kingston DDR3 - 1333 Mhz - 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) Value
Sapphire Radeon HD 5850 1 GB TOXIC (OC)
OCZ Vertex 3 Series 60GB SSD

Antec Three Hundred Midi Tower
Corsair 750 Watt

I tried what I could think of. Ran CCleaner, Put all the fans to max, tried different settings in the bios menu (Normal, Performance, Power Saving).

Here is the health and dump reports.

Hope you can help me to find out what is going on. If you cant, I have to return the whole thing to the dealer and purchase another one

*Just did some tests for temperature with RealTemp. Even at 100% CPU load the temp. is not even getting close to hot. So its obviously not a heating problem.
*When the freeze happens, everything just stops. Sometimes I can still move the mouse, sometimes I can't. Ctrl+alt+del doesn't do anything, I can't alt+tab or anything at all. 1 time i received a BSOD, the other times I just hard reset after a couple secs. with nothing happening.
