BSOD not resolved; reporting back with dmp as requested...

Hey guys, yesterday I was in communication with Yow about a BSOD which appeared to be resolved after he asked me to update a motherboard to "Said" thread here:

Unfortunately the BSODs still persist, and Yow asked me to post the dmp file here for you to take a look at, should BSOD here it is attached. Any advice would be very much appreciated, cos this error has been happening for a while I think. If you need em' my initial zipped files are on the link to yesterdays thread (above).

Sorry for the delay

Firstly do at least 7 passes with Memtest86+
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Remove your Avast software for troubleshooting purposes, do you use any kind of remote control software?

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

No worries, cheers for geting back to me Sorry for my delay equally.
No probs I'll do thoses memtest passes, and remove Avast.
I don't use any remote control software...or at least I havn't voluntarily installed any on my system
It's after midnight where I am, and I've just got home, so I'll probably get a few passes in before I go to sleep...but I probably won't finish until tomorrow, now.
Do you want me to post my memtest results on here for you to look at once they're done?
Thanks again.

P.S. I forgot to say that I had another BSOD today, which caused me to have to system restore...but the restore point is at a point BEFORE I installed the ATK0110 from ASUS, like you told me to in our original conversation. I figured that as the blue screens continued after having installed ATK0110, I decided NOT to re-install ATK0110 this time around.
ALSO: I found that my mouse, keyboard, Cd Rom drive, and my HDD, are all running drivers dated in device manager as 2006...also windows thinks they are most up to date drivers.
I figure I may as well do memtest first though and get the RAM check out the way...
