BSOD A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processo

Today when i was just browsing internet i came across with this blue screen.

A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval.

Can anyone please help me out why this problem appeared ? When i wasn't even gaming or doing any sort of heavy processing ?

Run Prime 95 to test your CPU. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results

According to your dump file the issue is with your Processor. This occurs when the processor is non-responsive or is deadlocked.

    Possible Solutions :

    a) BIOS bug
    b) a driver whose activity is causing the target processor to lock up
    c) a hardware defect (temperature, voltage, dust

But its mainly caused by a defective CPU or outdated BIOS

I've started the Prime95, my temperature goes to 80
I'm not sure whether its high or not so i stopped Prime95 for a while
Can anyone tell me whats the max temperature should i look for
And how much time Prime95 test will take

And one more thing i like to mention, i got ATI GFX Driver crashed and recovered message from windows few hours ago, could that be the one causing that BSOD ?
And BSOD didn't appeared for second time, it just appeared once yesterday, until now system didn't showed any BSOD

And also my SpeedFan 4.44 was causing my system FREEZE
so i'm using Real Temp to check Temperatures of Processor Cores

This "ATI Display driver has stopped working and recovered" is a TDR error caused by the GFX driver or a combination of defetcs in the GFX or RAM

So you think that BSOD is caused by that TDR error ?

    Okay, Thanks a lot
I'll try to update my GFX Driver and see if it happens again or not
