Hi, I have windows 7 and yesterday a lot of boxes and spots appeared on the screen and the cursor was very slow and i couldn't click so I shut down my computer by pressing the power button till it is switched off. when I switched it on again I chose to start windows normally and the loading screen of windows has a lot of vertical red lines all over the screen from top to bottom and on the logo, then after a long time the blue screen appears and restarts automatically and this time I chose start windows in safe mode and on the loading screen the same red line appears but this time I managed to log in but now there are red horizontal lines on the screen and become blue on top of a white background. I tried to restart but the blue screen always appears in normal mode so I loged into the safe mode and I scanned for viruses. After some time The lines went and I waited for the scan to finish and it detected a Trojan. I restarted the computer and was working fine until the boxes and spots reappeared and I restarted the computer in safe mode with networking so I can send this problem. the monitor is still with horizontal lines now. I tried to update the graphics card driver but it tells me that it is up to date. I have a NVIDIA Gforce 8800gtx graphics card and I had it for some time now (not new but only about 2-3 years old).
